Returns & Refunds policy

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before the sale window closes. Once the sale window has ended, all orders are considered final, and production begins immediately based on confirmed quantities.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at bomer.hayden@gmail.com prior to the closing time listed in your purchase confirmation or product details. Cancellations done before the end of the sale window will be refunded in full.

Returns

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective and the return is requested within 10 days of purchase. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. All items are handmade in small batches. Variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and reflect the handcrafted process. These variations are not considered defects. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions at our sole discretion.

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. After receiving approval, customers will be given directions on returning their product.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Refund requested within 10 days of receiving the product

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, OR the incorrect item was received

  • Order number or receipt provided with the request
